The exteriors of this picturesque house are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by a beautiful garden area, you will find a private chlorine pool measuring 10 m x 5 m and a depth ranging between 1.10 m and 2.10 m. Around it there are sun loungers where you can relax while you tan, a porch, barbecue and several corners where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The interior of the two-story home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a small room and a gas stove with all the necessary utensils to cook your favorite dishes, which you can enjoy at the table there or in the separate dining room. On this same floor there is a double bedroom with AC, heating and access to the garden, a separate bathroom with shower and a toilet. Through a staircase you access the upper floor, where a second room with AC and Smart TV and the rest of the bedrooms are located, all of them with a double bed, AC and heating. In addition, two of them have an en-suite bathroom, one with a hydromassage shower and the other with a normal shower and dressing room. Another separate bathroom with a shower and bathtub completes this floor, which also has a gym area. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
The accommodation is located less than a kilometer from the center of Algaida, a very cozy inland town with traditional customs. There you will find all the essential services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. In addition to this, it has the advantage of being close to communication routes that will allow you to access any point on the island. The closest beach is Arenal, although being quite central on the island, you can explore countless beaches in any direction. Palma, the island capital, is just 25 minutes away by car.
The AC only emits cold air, but they have diesel heating. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.

Je kunt vanaf hier gemakkelijk overal komen. Het ligt dicht genoeg bij het dorpscentrum en 's nachts is het er aangenaam rustig.
De accommodatie was schoon en comfortabel, aanzienlijk beter dan sommige vakantieappartementen waar we eerder verbleven. Het was 's nachts aangenaam rustig.
De bedden waren comfortabel en stil, dus na lange dagen buiten vielen we snel in slaap.
Het internet werkte perfect; inloggen en videobellen ging zonder problemen. Een goede plek om op afstand te werken.
Er is een zwembad dat een grote hoeveelheid heeft, de keukenstatistieken zijn vrijwel ausgestattet, waardoor de WLAN-functie wordt uitgeschakeld.
We vonden het erg comfortabel voor twee personen. De airconditioning werkte goed en het bed was heerlijk warm.
Es war sehr entspannend, einfach am Schwimmbad zu sitzen und den Blick auf den Garten zu genießen.
Die Abende am Pool was een tijdje bezig en luden zum Erholen.
Die ruhigen Zimmer oben sorgten dafür, dass ich ungestört schlafen konnte. Ein friedlicher Ort mit viel Raum zum Entspannen drinnen wie draußen.
Vier Nächte geblieben und jede Nacht erholsam geschlafen. Viel Platz für unsere Gruppe und die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht, um einfach zu kochen.
