In this beautiful rustic but modern style house you will enjoy the country atmosphere of the interior of Mallorca but being really close to everything. Outside we find an impressive chlorine pool that measures 12 x 5 meters and has a depth of 0.7 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with several tables and chairs where you can have a midday vermouth and hammocks where you can comfortably sunbathe. From the terrace we access the porch area furnished with sofas and old restored rocking chairs from which to enjoy the sunset, and a rustic and original table where you can eat or dine outdoors the delicious dishes cooked on the barbecue that is at your disposal. For the more restless, there is a ping-pong table, a basketball court, a trampoline and even a sauna. The 3,400 m2 property is fenced, and although there are some neighbors in the surrounding area, privacy is total.

The entire house is distributed on one floor. From the magnificent porch we access the interior of the house that unites the living room and kitchen in the same space. The current rustic style continues inside, in a space with wooden beams and stone walls that has satellite television, Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. It has a dining table for six people that is located next to the kitchen area, which has a ceramic hob and is equipped with everything you need to cook great summer stews. It also has a table with four chairs to have breakfast comfortably. Also on the ground floor we find the three bedrooms. Two have a double bed and the third has a single bed. All three have air conditioning, and all have closets or dressing rooms. You will find two full bathrooms with shower to serve the entire house. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are traveling with children you have a high chair and a cot at your disposal.

Montuiri is a small town in the center of Mallorca that is close to all parts of the island. You can find medieval vestiges and great landscapes where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. In the town that is 2 km away you can find basic services as well as some shops and restaurants. The closest beach is sa Rápita, 30 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
