This single-storey house has a terrace with two sun loungers and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying a good meal under the Mallorcan sun. Because it is in an urbanization, there are direct neighbors.
Inside we find a living room where you can watch a movie on satellite television, a DVD or, during autumn nights, light a warm fire in the wood stove. It also has 2 fans. The dining area features a rustic wooden table where six diners can enjoy eating and chatting. If you like to cook, there is a well-equipped kitchen, including a ceramic hob. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in one of the bathrooms. Ideal for six guests there are two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds, all with a wardrobe and ceiling fan, as well as two bathrooms with a shower. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Colonia de Sant Pere is an old fishing village located in the north of the island. It is a small jewel between sea and mountains, ideal for beach holidays or practicing sports such as hiking and cycling. There are many beaches around, including the Colonia de Sant Pere beach, the natural beach of Cala Torta or Caló des Ermitans. In the town there is a yacht club with a restaurant, a promenade with bars and more restaurants as well as a small grocery store. In Cala Ratjada and Can Picafort you find nightlife during the summer, large supermarkets and lots of entertainment for adults and children. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

We hebben genoten van onze tijd hier, de houtkachel was een gezellige toevoeging voor de koelere avonden, en de keuken was goed uitgerust om te koken,
Een eenvoudige plek met alles wat je nodig hebt. We waardeerden de goede indeling en de doordachte service.
De sfeer hier is zo ontspannend, de combinatie van het uitzicht op de zee en de bergen is gewoonweg adembenemend,
De twee badkamers waren erg handig voor onze groep. Ze maakten het klaarmaken in de ochtend veel gemakkelijker.
We vonden de lokale restaurants en bars erg leuk, de kust was een favoriete plek voor avondwandelingen,
De locatie is een pareltje! Dicht bij stranden zoals Cala Torta, we hebben een geweldige tijd gehad met het verkennen van de kust.
