Enjoy a glass of wine with your loved ones on the large terrace overlooking the urbanization, perhaps while preparing a delicious barbecue? If one day you don't feel like going to the beach, you can sunbathe on the four sun loungers, cool off in the outdoor shower or compete with your family in a game of table tennis. The ping-pong table is in a leisure room on floor -1. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

Inside, you can relax in the lounge, watching a movie on satellite TV, reading your favorite book or listening to music. The dining room is open to the living room and there is space for six people. The kitchen is well equipped, including a ceramic hob. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is very practical for longer stays.

Here you relax in three bedrooms, all with a double bed and a wardrobe; one of them with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet. A cot and high chair are available on request. Apart from the en-suite bathroom there is another bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor and one on the -1 floor with a shower. Three fans for the summer and central heating for the colder season complete the equipment.

Beach, sea and tranquility is what you will find in Son Serra de Marina, a coastal town in the north of Mallorca. It is a summer residence for many Mallorcans and there are no hotels or mass tourism. One or two beach bars, a grocery store and a pharmacy are all this town offers in terms of services – but it is much richer than other places due to the tranquility and the natural beach at the end of the town. Supermarkets, more restaurants and services are in Can Picafort, about 10 minutes away by car. An excursion goes from Son Serra de Marina to Colonia de Sant Pere; a very nice path next to the sea. On the other hand, you can visit the Son Real public estate and the Necropolis with tombs dating from the Iron Age to Roman times. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
