Located in a building with an elevator, the bright and cozy interior of the home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. In 10 minutes by car you will reach the historic center of Denia, where you can visit such emblematic places as its castle, which offers panoramic views of the sea and the city, the port and, of course, stop at one of the numerous restaurants in the area to delight in the excellent cuisine of the area, specializing in rice, seafood and fresh fish.

The pool is open all year round from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
