The 19th century mansion was carefully renovated in 2014 and a chlorine pool was built, measuring 10m x 4m and with a depth of between 1.1m and 1.8m, as well as a children's pool with a depth of 0.45m. Both pools as well as the terraces, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and barbecue are for community use. The plot of the farm is huge and has more than 32,000m2 of fenced land.

Within the property there are several homes for two or four people and Rafal Galiner is one of the smallest with 47m2, offering space for two guests. Decorated in a rustic and cozy way, it is a romantic corner for vacations as a couple. The living-dining room with kitchenette invites you to spend a good time watching a movie on satellite television or having a coffee while a warm fire burns in the wood stove. The kitchen space is small and consists of two gas stoves, a refrigerator and some basic utensils for preparing snacks. A bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe as well as a bathroom with a bathtub complete the equipment. A cot and high chair are available on request.

The farmhouse is located in the north-east center of the island, 15 km from the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina. By car you can travel to the beaches of Colonia de Sant Pere, Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. In both the towns of Petra and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar you can participate in the daily life of Mallorcans, go to a celler and try our excellent food or stroll through the alleys. The city of Manacor offers a wide variety of supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

There is no washing machine but they offer laundry service at an on-site cost. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
