Outside, there is a swimming pool 9 meters long and 5 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1.20 meters to 2.15 meters, as well as an outdoor shower to cool off. The garden and surrounding vegetation provide a quiet and cozy environment. In addition, there is a porch and two terraces, one of them next to the pool, equipped with furniture to enjoy the outdoors. For lovers of outdoor cooking, a mobile barbecue is available. The exteriors also have a toilet.

Inside, the living room has a fireplace and satellite TV. The dining room, open to the kitchen equipped with a gas stove, allows you to enjoy delicious homemade meals. The house has four bedrooms, all on the first floor and equipped with fans. Three of them have a double bed, and the last one has a single bed. In addition, there are three bathrooms, one of them en suite and with a bathtub, and the other two with a shower and one on each floor. Finally, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby and in the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Port d'Andratx is a very beautiful tourist coastal area where you will find everything you may need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, sports club, sailing club, medical center, etc. The area is surrounded by different coves such as Cala Racó, Cala Marmassen, Cala de s'Aritja, and different beaches. For hiking lovers, you can take excursions to Sa Coma Freda, Puig de so na vidala, etc. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
